Find out about different types of Polymer.

DSK General imports typical plastic raw materials which are widely used in everyday life, such as automobiles, household appliances, packaging materials and household goods.

A polymer is an indispensable product in our daily lives that is used as raw material and intermediate product of various industries. Typical synthetic resin product is called 'rice of the industry' because it is in the form of pellets similar to a grain of rice. Naphtha is cracked to produce basic petroleum like ethylene and propylene, which in turn are used as raw materials for synthetic resin products such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PP, and composite PP.

The use of polyethylene is increasing day by day and now it can be seen that polyethylene is being used in almost every activity of life. It offers durable items that make life convenient and enjoyable. The versatility and simple structure of polyethylene deliver multiple types of sustainable solutions throughout the value chain.

We have full range of Polyethylene materials available with us i.e. HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, etc.

High Density Polyethylene

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a commonly used petroleum thermoplastic and the most used of the three polyethylenes for a wide range of applications. By greater toughness and superior mechanical strength, coupled with higher service temperature limits, it gives a wide range of applications. Among the many applications, HDPE top applications are shampoo bottles, toys, chemical containers, pipe systems, milk jugs, recycling bins, grocery bags cereal box liners flower pots.

DSK provides different grades(film, injection, etc) of HDPE that fits your specification.

Low Density Polyethylene

Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a synthetic resin produced by polymerizing ethylene, which is a typical synthetic resin product used in everyday life. It has excellent processability, flexibility, and transparency among synthetic resin products.

Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is used to manufacture food packaging films, plastic bottles for packaging food and personal care items, dry cleaning bags, ice bags, pallet shrink wrap, heavy-duty bags for mulch and potting soil, boil-in-bag bags, coatings on flexible packaging products, and coatings on paper board such as milk cartons.

We provide different grades LDPE that fits your required specification.

L Low Density Polyethylene

Has penetrated almost all traditional markets for polyethylene. It is used to manufacture garbage and lawn-leaf bags, industrial can liners, housewares, lids for coffee cans and margarine tubs, dishpans, home plastic storage containers, kitchen trash containers, large toys such as outdoor gym sets, drip irrigation tubing, protective coating for telephone wires and film, shrink wrap for multi-packaging canned food, bag-in-box bags, produce bags and pallet stretch wrap.

We provide different grades LLDPE that fits your required specification.

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic exhibiting significant properties such as chemical resistance, elasticity, and toughness, fatigue resistance, insulation, transmissibility. Polypropylene is used to manufacture fiber for carpets, rugs and upholstery, housewares, automotive battery cases, running boards, and bumpers, grid-type flooring for sports facilities, fishing tackle boxes, bottle caps, and closures, metalized film for food packaging, high clarity thin-walled containers, and hot-filled containers.

We provide different grades of the three types of PP i.e PPH PPBC and PPRC that fit your required specification.

Polypropylene Homopolymer

Polypropylene Homopolymer polypropylene most widely utilized general-purpose grade. It has high crystallinity and relatively good mechanical properties such as tensile strength and rigidity and is used for general purpose applications such as household appliances and industrial parts.

We provide different grades PPH that fits your required specification.

Polypropylene Random Copoylmer

Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPRC) are thermoplastic resins produced through the polymerization of propylene. High clarity/transparency packaging, Injection molding, Blow molding, Cast, BOPP, and blown film, Pipe and Thermoforming. It is used to produce Household appliances and industrial parts Household appliances and food - clothing packaging.

We provide different grades PPH that fits your required specification.

BLOCK Polypropylene

It is an upgraded product of the low-temperature impact properties of homo PP, which is made by copolymerizing propylene and ethylene. It is composed of homo PP and block of the ethylene-propylene copolymer and is used in industrial parts requiring high impact strength such as automobiles, household products, and electric and electronic products.

We provide different grades PPBC that fits your required specification.

Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) plays an important role in daily life. Bottle grade PET is mainly used in beverage/ food package, and some new areas like pharmaceutical, detergent, and cosmetics packages. Beverage and food applications consist of the packages for mineral water, juice, sauce, vinegar, milk, tomato, jam, infant food, and the like.

We provide different grades PET that fits your required specification.

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is one of the most widely used thermoplastics having properties such as durability corrosion resistance chemical resistance and flame resistance. PVC is used in a variety of applications in the building and construction, health care, electronics, automobile and other sectors, in products ranging from piping and siding, blood bags and tubing, to wire and cable insulation, windshield system components and more.

We provide different grades of PVC that fits your required specification.

Polyvinyl Chloride

Polyvinyl chloride, more correctly but unusually poly, commonly abbreviated PVC, is the world's third-most widely produced synthetic plastic polymer, semi regid, glossy, sinks in water.

We provide different grades PVC that fits your required specification. For inquiry
